Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website bosdigital.id and to the apps published by Bos Digital, including Poni (poni.web.id), together called the "Services". By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Bos Digital makes small tools, apps, and websites. Poni is a free desktop app for Windows 10/11 that shows an interactive notch with widgets such as calendar, weather, to-dos, and translation. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Services for personal or work purposes, as long as you follow these Terms. Where an app is published with an open-source license, that license also applies to its source code.

3. Google account and third-party services

• Some features let you connect a third-party account, such as your Google account for sign-in and Google Calendar. Connecting is optional and you can disconnect at any time.
• Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, such as the Google Terms of Service.
• How we handle data from those services is described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for any API keys or tokens you enter (for example for GitHub or translation providers) and for the costs their providers charge you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for anything illegal or to harm others;
• try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or to connected services;
• redistribute modified versions of the Services under the Bos Digital or Poni name, or in a way that misleads people about who made them.

5. Payments and support

The Services are free. Optional support payments through QRIS or Gumroad are voluntary contributions, do not unlock extra rights, and are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

The Bos Digital and Poni names, logos, and website content belong to Bos Digital. Content you create in the apps (notes, to-dos, settings) stays yours and stays on your computer.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep them reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will be error-free or always available, or that calendar events, reminders, weather, or translations will always be complete or accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bos Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or missed appointments, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling the apps. We may stop providing all or part of the Services, or block access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
